Soak Initiative is a service of QuickLeap Digital and Integrated Services. This privacy policy applies whenever you use the soakinitiative.com website or the Soak Initiative mobile app.

As a general governing principle, your personal information is not shared with anybody unless you specifically give us permission to do so under the circumstances described below.

"Soak Initiative", "we", "us": these terms all equally refer to the QuickLeap Digital and Integrated Services company.

Personal Data We Collect

Information about you that you provide us directly when your account is created are your full name, email address, and password. Your full name is used as a label for your account, and in addressing you in email communication that you opted in to receive. Your email address is used as a unique identifier of your account, it is part of your login credentials and is where all our email communication you opted into is sent. Your password is part of your login credentials. It is stored in an encrypted format that nobody, even we, can decrypt or thus read.

Children Under the Age of 13

Our website and mobile app are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not provide any information on our website or in our mobile app.

Who Has Access to Your Data

Your password is not accessible by or shared with anybody. Not even we can access it. It is stored in an inaccessible encrypted format. None of the information entered by you is shared with anybody.

Only you can edit and delete any of the data you entered. In the event you explicitly instruct us to edit or delete any of your data, we may do so on your behalf.

Third Parties

We physically store all the data we collect on secure servers at GoDaddy Inc. Being the fundamental hardware provider for our services, GoDaddy has the technical capability to access any of our stored data, but under what circumstances they may do so is very strictly limited by law, their legal agreements and policies at https://www.godaddy.com/legal/agreements.

Our website and mobile app are being developed by the Best Company of the World Ltd. (BCW), a General Data Protection Regulation compliant company. During the development of our services, BCW necessarily may come into contact with our stored data to the extent required to fulfill their assignments. Our data processing agreement with BCW strictly limits their access to the data, forbids any copying of the data for any reason, and specifies strong standards BCW and their employees must comply with.

Cookies, Tracking Images And Other Technologies

We do not use our own cookies or tracking images to track you.

We partner with Google Analytics to allow tracking technologies on our website and in our mobile app through the use of cookies in order to analyze and track the usage of our services, determine the popularity of certain content, understand the demographics of and technologies used by users, and better understand online behavior. We do not transfer any personal information to Google, and we encourage you to review their privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

For troubleshooting and dispute resolution purposes we may record and store your IP address.

Data Retention

We do not retain any of your personal data after you delete your account. We may retain IP addresses for troubleshooting and dispute resolution purposes.

Business Transfers, Combinations and Related Activities

As we develop our company, we might sell, buy or restructure the organization or its assets. In the event of any sale, merger, reorganization, restructuring, dissolution or similar event involving our organization or assets, personal data may be part of the transferred assets.

Dispute Resolution

We will investigate and attempt to resolve complaints and disputes regarding use and disclosure of personal information in accordance with this privacy policy.
